Bring a useful sample
A few actual menu items and a normal order make the conversation more useful than a long feature list. Explain whether the business is table service, takeaway, a service counter or a solo kitchen. If there are separate kitchen and chaat counters, describe which items need cooking tickets and which need detachable tokens.
Check devices and payment needs early
Share the printer model, connection type, paper width and the device you intend to use. Explain whether payments are checked manually or need an approved merchant integration. Do not send bank passwords, PINs or OTPs in a sales enquiry. Provider credential setup belongs in the authorised secure workflow.
