Plans & setup

Choose devices around the counter you already run.

Plan a Vyanzo setup using an existing device or optional POS, receipt printer and kitchen display, with compatibility checks before purchase.

No card needed to request a workspace. Software, setup and optional hardware are quoted separately.

Start with the selling device

A supported browser on a computer, tablet, phone or Android POS can run the web interface. The Windows desktop application is a separate application for Windows; its installer is not an Android package. Confirm screen size, touch use, power and backend connectivity for the device your cashier will actually use.

Treat printing as a complete path

A receipt needs the correct format, paper width, driver or supported native printing arrangement, and a working physical printer. Windows setups may use print dialogs and supported spooler-based receipt output. Browser printing on Android depends on the device and available print support; an integrated printer is not automatically compatible just because it is built into a POS.

Check kitchen and counter output

Test an item-wise KOT, a branded receipt and any detachable counter tokens. Confirm logo clarity, quantities, margins and QR scanning. A virtual Print to PDF queue is useful for document checks but is not a physical printer test. Keep printer placement and device routing aligned with the branch’s actual kitchen and counter.

Request the kit you need

Onboarding supports using your own equipment or requesting a printer, POS-and-printer kit or complete kit with kitchen display. The team must confirm the exact devices, price, compatibility and delivery details. Delivery aims for a week after order confirmation, subject to stock and location. No shipment is created simply by selecting a kit.

Common questions

Can I keep an existing printer?

Possibly. Confirm its model, connection, drivers, paper width and supported output on the intended device before relying on it.

Does a PDF preview prove thermal printing works?

No. A physical test is still needed for margins, cuts, logo output and QR scan quality.

Will a Windows EXE install on an Android POS?

No. Use the supported web interface on Android and confirm its printing arrangement separately.
