Download ready cards for each branch
QR & promotions in the staff sidebar brings together Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, the restaurant website, menu browsing, optional offers signup and a combined guest-links page. Owners or managers add the official links; authorised staff can download ready cards individually or together as a ZIP.
Google reviews stay in the customer’s own words
A Google-review QR opens the branch’s configured official Google link. A neutral invitation can be shared as a WhatsApp draft. Vyanzo does not prefill review comments, choose stars, post on behalf of a guest or treat a scan as a completed review. Reviews, social follows and offer signup are independent choices.
Counter cards and receipts
PNG gives a plain QR image, SVG provides a scalable QR, and PDF creates a printable counter card. If enabled by the branch owner or manager, a separate Google-review QR appears on PDF and browser-print bills and ESC/POS receipts; plain-text receipts carry the link. Actual printer compatibility and scan quality must be checked on the restaurant’s hardware.
Offer signup with a clear choice
A guest can request restaurant offers by leaving an email address or phone number and explicitly consenting. The restaurant gets a branch-specific signup list and records contact confirmation before sending offers. Guests receive a private unsubscribe link, and the restaurant can also unsubscribe them. Signup itself sends no campaign or message.
Menu QR and ordering QR serve different purposes
The menu card opens a public, read-only menu page. Placing a table order still uses the table’s existing secure ordering QR. QR & promotions links to the Tables screen for those table-specific codes; it does not replace table access with a generic menu or review code.
Print and test
Use a white background, keep the clear border around the QR and check the link with a phone camera before display. Use the official short Google review link where available. Each branch should check that reviews and social links open the correct account.
Common questions
Can a review QR include a prewritten five-star review?
Vyanzo keeps the invitation neutral. The guest chooses their own rating, writes their own review and submits it on Google. Google’s policy prohibits attempts to influence review content and ratings.
Do I need to upload printable QR files to the server?
No. Vyanzo generates the requested QR image, printable card or ZIP download in memory. The downloaded file is saved on your device, not retained as a server export.
Does subscribing to offers automatically send WhatsApp messages?
No. Vyanzo records the guest’s consent and lets the restaurant confirm the contact. Automated campaign delivery and contact verification services require separate setup.
