No card needed to request a workspace. Software, setup and optional hardware are quoted separately.
Review before generating
Open Bill from an order to review its details before generating an invoice. Once a bill exists, View Bill opens the existing record. The bill state is shown alongside the operational order state, so generating an invoice does not imply that food has been served or payment received.
Use your branch’s identity
Configure the restaurant logo and the applicable branch business details before printing. Supported receipt layouts use the saved GSTIN and FSSAI details where configured. PDF and graphical thermal output can display a logo; a plain text download carries text rather than an embedded picture. Check the branch’s sample bill before first service.
Keep payment separate and visible
Cash, checked card and checked UPI collections can be recorded against the bill. An approved merchant integration may provide automatic confirmation for its supported payment flow. A displayed QR, screenshot or card-machine receipt by itself is not a verified notification from that integration. Staff should check funds before recording a manual collection.
Choose the output that fits your counter
Download a PDF, use browser printing, or use the supported thermal output for the installed printer. A configured service counter can attach detachable item tokens to its bill. Optional Google review QR blocks use the branch’s real review link. Test paper width, margins, logo contrast and QR scanning on the actual device.
Common questions
Can I print my restaurant logo?
Yes, when the logo is configured and the selected graphical receipt format supports it. Plain TXT files contain text only.
Does Bill Generated mean Paid?
No. Invoice generation and payment collection are separate steps with separate records.
Does Vyanzo decide my tax registration or rates?
No. The restaurant configures its applicable business and tax details; confirm those details with your adviser.
