Features

Know what was collected, refunded and left as net receipts.

Review daily restaurant collections by date, payment method and staff, with branch-scoped ledger totals and downloadable CSV in Vyanzo.

No card needed to request a workspace. Software, setup and optional hardware are quoted separately.

Review the business day

Open Payments and use Daily ledger to inspect the selected branch’s recorded collections. Separate collection, refund and net amounts make the close easier to follow than a single sales total. The business-day settings and date filters determine the reporting period, which matters when service continues past midnight.

Find a transaction rather than re-count everything

Filter the ledger by date, payment method and staff to narrow down the records under review. Use the bill and payment references when checking a question with the cashier. Permissions and branch access apply to the server response, rather than relying only on hiding a link in the interface.

Record verified and manual collections honestly

Cash and staff-checked card or UPI entries remain manual records. A supported merchant integration has its own approved confirmation flow. A standalone ICICI, Pine Labs or PayZapp device does not become connected simply because its name is selected when recording a transaction.

Export a working copy for closing

Download the filtered ledger as CSV for the person completing the close. The file is generated for the request rather than retained as a server export. Compare the recorded amounts with the cash drawer, terminal totals and bank records. The daily ledger is not automatic matching of every delivery aggregator’s settlement statement.

Common questions

Are sales and collections always the same total?

No. Bills, payment timing and refunds can affect the totals differently. Review the relevant records and date period.

Can I review staff-wise collections?

The daily ledger supports staff filtering for authorised users in the selected branch.

Does this replace bank or aggregator reconciliation?

No. It shows RMS payment records. External bank or aggregator statements still need their applicable reconciliation process.
