No card needed to request a workspace. Software, setup and optional hardware are quoted separately.
Enter the basic restaurant details
The setup flow collects restaurant and owner details, location and applicable business information such as an optional GSTIN. Use an owner-controlled contact and review the details before creating the workspace. The aim is a short guided setup, not a promise that every restaurant’s migration can be completed in exactly five minutes.
Choose how you serve
Select the kitchen count, floors, areas, reservation needs and service-counter option that reflect the business. A solo operator can choose a smaller counter workflow. These answers shape the initial setup; they should be checked against the real operation rather than selecting every option just because it is available.
Review every imported item
Supported inputs include CSV, Excel workbooks and text-based PDFs. Review item names, categories, prices, food type and preparation routing before confirming the menu. Scanned photos and image-only PDFs need conversion or manual entry. Imported service-counter choices need explicit review so a dish does not take the wrong route after launch.
Choose the plan and optional kit
Select a monthly, annual or multi-outlet preference and request hardware if needed. Those choices request a quote rather than taking payment. Creating the workspace does not migrate all historical orders from another POS, activate every merchant account or guarantee a device shipment. Complete those checks with the team before first service.
Common questions
Can I upload a photograph of a paper menu?
The current importer reads supported spreadsheets and text-based PDFs. Use manual entry or convert a scanned image first.
Does an imported menu become live without review?
The setup requires review before workspace creation, including routing choices that need attention.
Will an old POS database be imported automatically?
No. Menu import is not a general migration of historical bills, stock, customer records or accounts.
