Clear answers about Vyanzo restaurant software.

Read Vyanzo’s product facts: who it serves, supported devices, menu import, kitchen tickets, payment setup, pricing process and contact details.

No card needed to request a workspace. Software, setup and optional hardware are quoted separately.

One consistent product identity

Vyanzo is the restaurant software at vyanzo.in. Vyanjo and the व्यंजो wordmark also appear in the interface. These names identify the same product, not separate restaurant chains. This page is published by the product team so owners can check the basic facts and follow the relevant workflow guides.

Choose a workflow for your business

The application connects menu, order, kitchen, billing and daily payment records for an authorised branch. Restaurants with tables can use seating and reservation workflows; a solo seller can use Simple Counter. A separately enabled service counter prints detachable tokens on its own bills. The configuration should reflect how the restaurant actually serves food.

Review the setup before going live

Use the factual answers below alongside a demonstration on the device you intend to use. Check menu routing, printer output, branch access and payment-provider requirements. Importing a menu does not import an old POS database, and a cloud login alone does not establish offline operation. The restaurant should confirm its actual setup and commercial scope.

Ask for current details

Product screens and supported workflows can change as the software develops. Pricing is quoted for the restaurant, with setup and optional hardware discussed separately. Contact the team for current terms or a correction to the information below. Customer references and measured outcomes should come from real, approved evidence rather than assumptions about a demo workspace.

What device can I use?

The web interface works in a supported browser on a computer, tablet, phone or Android POS device. Printer compatibility depends on the exact device, connection and print setup. A Windows desktop installer is a separate Windows application.

How do I bring my menu?

Guided setup accepts CSV, Excel workbooks and text-based PDFs. Review names, categories, prices, food type and routing before creating the workspace. Scanned images need conversion or manual entry; menu import is not a historical POS database migration.

How do kitchen tickets and counter tokens differ?

Kitchen-bound order items use separate item-wise KOTs, retaining the quantity of each order item. An enabled service counter uses separate orders and bills with detachable item-token slips instead of KOTs.

How are payments confirmed?

Staff can record cash and manually checked card or UPI payments. Automatic confirmation needs a supported approved merchant connection and provider testing. Scanning a QR or showing a screenshot does not verify receipt of funds.

What does it cost?

Monthly, annual and multi-outlet preferences request a restaurant-specific quote. Software, setup and optional hardware are discussed separately. Confirm any promotional eligibility and activation terms with the team. Signup itself takes no payment and creates no automatic recurring charge.

Does everything work without internet?

Connectivity depends on the deployment. A cloud backend needs internet; a local backend needs a working, maintained local installation and network. Payments and shared operations need their required connection. Confirm the outage workflow on the intended installation before relying on it.

Can I automatically send offers or post Google reviews?

Guest QR cards open the configured menu, social or review destination. Offer signup records explicit consent and supports private unsubscribe; it does not send campaigns. Guests choose and submit their own review rating and words.
